Payments to the Entheria MC Webstore are a payment for items that ONLY function as in game belongings. This transaction is final and all payments are final - disputes may be handled by the payment processor, however, if decided by our administration, rewards from non-payments may be removed. If you are banned, due to staff moderation, for breaking the rules of the Entheria MC Server, there will not be any refunds. Refund requests due to in game problems, or any other issues are subject to the discretion of the Entheria MC moderation and administration team. All items are virtual and have no value, and cannot be traded for real items or currency.

If you are a minor, please do not purchase any items from our store without your parent or legal guardian's consent. We are not liable or responsible for any issues arising from this rule not being respected. We will punish anyone caught fraudulently purchasing items from our store, through removing the purchased digital goods and removing access for that user to purchase from our webstore.

The discounts policy is strictly under the terms for modification - If the discount price changes at any point then your discount changes, no exceptions. As well the discounts do not stack (i.e. If you get Keagungan rank with 5% discount, it doesn't stack with the Custom 10% discount, same applies for staff discounts)

By agreeing to the terms of service, even upon modification, you agree to all of these terms. We can modify perks for balancing, technical, or gameplay reasons, if we feel that it's too overpowered or if it's no longer supported, non-arbitrarily, without any refunds or in-game rewards. This includes the package prices, which might change at any time without any refunds, in-game rewards, or anything related. We have the right to remove a perk from any player if the player has abused it, without any refunds. Chargebacks are considered fraud and if detected could result in your purchases being reversed.

By making a transaction you also declare that your personal details entered at the checkout are not falsified and are the same as the ones seen on your PayPal account, without us storing or collecting user data, and all payment processing is handled by PayPal/CraftingStore.
